Summary of experience

Guy graduated with a « Maitrise degree » in Biochemistry from the University of Lille,France in 1983 and a Master in Business Administration from the IPA-IAE of Lille. Then he graduated in Project Management from the IPA-IAE in 1985. Guy has more than 20 years experience in business administration. He started his career in Madagascar in 1987 as a marketing and finance consultant with SERDI, a state owned consulting firm. Then, he joined COMPAGNIE MADECASSE, a private trading company as a Marketing Director in 1989.The company specializes
in Mining Industry (Explosives) and chemical commodities.
 

After seven years, he co-founded the following companies:

• EXCLUSIVE LIFESTYLE, in joint venture with ANGLO CONTINENTAL Ltd of

   South  Africa. The company specializes in luxury goods (OAKLEY, CROCS,

   DUNHILL, GLOBE TROTTER). He holds the position of M.D.
• S.R.C.D. in joint venture with COMPAGNIE INTERNATIONALE DE

  MAINTENANCE, France. The company specializes in International Trading

  (Explosives, energy, chemistry). He holds the position of Deputy General

  Manager.
• GLW CONSEIL ,consulting company specialized in Environment, Energy,

   water. He holds the position of Associate Director.
